I began 2022 with the goal of running the Bath Half Marathon on behalf of Soundwell Musici Therapy Trust, a local SW England charity. But the event was postponed twice. I first ran the distance alone through the streets of London on 29 May, and will run the real thing on 16 October - not relishing it as I'm feeling rather creaky. Why Soundwell?.
